Original Metcon 4 Review

There really isn’t a whole lot to talk about with the mid-season refresh of the Nike Metcon 4 XD (extra durability). It’s still an excellent shoe with enhanced durability and slightly better flexibility, but the orginal shoes are still a better deal when found on sale.
